Hi, I’m René! I am a U.S. Coast Guard veteran (Electrician's Mate) and specialized electro-mechanical technician bringing military precision, clean diagnostics, and disciplined execution to homes across the Treasure Valley. At UtilityDelta, I handle high-precision installations, mechanical troubleshooting, and seasonal winterization where safety, code compliance, and detail matter most: • Winterization & Freeze Protection: Exterior hose bib shut-offs, heat tape verification, and perimeter weatherization (kerf weatherstripping, sweep cutting, and draft sealing) before hard freezes set in. • Precision TV & Audio Architecture: Winter entertainment setups, heavy structural stud/masonry lagging, specialized tile and fireplace mounting, and code-compliant concealed in-wall wiring. • Electrical Fixtures & Lighting Upgrades: Interior and exterior fixture replacements, chandeliers, vanity lights, smart thermostats, ambient dimmers, GFCI life-safety protection, and electrical diagnostics. • Appliance Mechanics & Replacements: EPA-certified diagnostics, garbage disposals, range hood ducting, dishwashers, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting. • Architectural Finish & Drywall Restoration: Precision drywall repair, ceiling patches, trim alignment, door adjustments, and focused mechanical punch lists. Why UtilityDelta: Transparent, upfront flat-rate pricing, punctual arrival windows, disciplined job-site protection, and zero shortcuts. I am ready to execute your project cleanly and safely the first time.

Rene, did a great job diagnosing the issues with the well pump system. I'm grateful for Rene's focus and determination to replace the well bladder tank, pressure switch, rely and capacitor box. I'll definitely look to use Rene on other projects.
Did a good job making sure everything was done right. Even made a trip to get the correct materials.
Rene was absolutely fun person to work with, he was responsive & completed the job with great professionalism

Rene was excellent. Would hire again for sure. Super helpful in dealing with my HVAC system and venting. Very thorough and conscientious
I had a great experience. He repaired the interior wall cracks and the exterior siding professionally and with great attention to detail. He used quality materials, took the time to complete the repairs properly instead of rushing, and left everything looking clean and seamless. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality home repairs.
We are VERY happy with Rene’s work. We hired him to cut a new window opening into our front door and install a window kit, and he exceeded our expectations. He had awesome precision, attention to detail, and completely committed to doing the job right without any shortcuts. We are beyond pleased with his work. He was also very responsive, communicative, and honest. We’re lucky to have found someone so skilled. We will absolutely be hiring him again for any future projects and would recommend him without hesitation for anyone looking for a trustworthy & talented worker.
Rene assembled a pergola for me. He was responsive via both email and text, his schedule was accommodating, and he made the process very easy to schedule. He arrived when he said he would, worked continuously to complete the project, and delivered on his promised outcome. The pergola is solidly anchored to our patio and I am confident it will handle weather particulars well. I would highly recommend Rene for your handy-person needs. He is polite, patient, and professional.
An excellent communicator, René came to help me and my husband on VERY short notice, gave us a reasonable quote, stayed longer due to the work we put in front of him and never complained. He brought up issues as they arose right away and we plan to hire him again soon, and so should you!!
When we needed to have a window AC unit installed in our garage, Rene was the only person who nknew exactly what to do and completed the project seamlessly. The garage window did not open so he created a "work around" that is absolutely PERFECT. He is a perfectionist and so kind and personable. He is now putting together some furniture we ordered from Amazon. I can't believe how reasonable his rates are. We will definitely be calling Rene for all of our furture projects. Outstanding young man!
Rene was great. He was very polite and communicated with me all throughout the installation. He was respectful and made sure to clean the mess.
