I’m very pleased with the work done repairing my brick steps and back porch. The work was completed professionally, and everything looks great! The attention to detail and quality of the repairs really made a difference. I appreciate the hard work, reliability, and care that went into getting everything fixed. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing brick step repairs or porch repairs!
Mario and his team were efficient and worked as well-organized unit to finish my extra large deck in just 2 days! We kept the original footprint and I did expect some rotten frame studs (fifty year old house). So the price adjusted up, but that was expected. Mario reworked the steps, making them safer, and also made adjustments to the railings when I changed my mind! Also added a very nice gate to the back yard. Cleaned the area thoroughly and put back deck furniture. So very easy and responsive to work with. Will work with them again! Thank you!
Mario and his team were excellent in their professionalism. They cleaned up everything and hauled everything away. I enjoyed having them around. Their work was precise. I wo
Mario and his team did a fantastic job on re building the old deck. I would definitely recommend them for whatever your needs may be. I will be recommending him to my friends. They were on time when they scheduled the date which was within a week of our meeting. So thankful we were able to find someone as punctual, and professional and just down right nice.
Mario was great, very responsive and respectful. He kept me updated every step of the way. My deck was dry rotting, but now I can enjoy the outdoors. I will hire him again for more projects!
Mario did an excellent job in repairing my deck. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent job! I would highly recommend him!!
wow what an amazing job they did, affordable and polite. they went above and beyond expectations. highly recommend
I had a deck built and everything was wrong with it. I called and Mario responded swiftly. He explained to me all that I was previously told. Best choice was to redo the entire deck again( had it built
Mario and his team are excellent carpenters. You can count on professional service.
Great work done in a timely manner. Mario and his team are awesome.
Mario was able to expertly repair a rotten stair deck tread at a rental I own on a short time span
A+++. Would definitely hire again. Needed 2nd story deck repaired, practically replaced. Came to give estimate promptly, and negotiated on pricing to fit my budget. Didn't balk at the distance between his home and mine. Came back with his team first thing in the morning a few days later with all supplies needed and got right to work. Finished at the end of day. Not only did the quality of the work exceed my expectations, they went the extra mile to make other improvements to the project at no extra charge. Quality work, efficient, friendly and professional team. No drama, no issues. Can tell they know what they're doing, but also actually care about what they do and value leaving a job well done. Really appreciated all the extra tips on other projects I have going on. Will hire again.
My experience working with Mario was very positive. He came, saw what I wanted done on my deck and stairs and told me what he would do to enhance the quality of my deck. The end result is what l wanted and at a reasonable price tag. I’m really satisfied with the end result, a very solid deck that will last for many years. Excellent job done.
I had an amazing experience working with Mario and VA Construction Company. I found him on Thumbtack earlier in the week, and by Saturday, my entire front porch was beautifully rebuilt. From the initial contact to the final nail, Mario demonstrated incredible responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail. The entire project—from the quote to completion—took less than seven days. That kind of turnaround is rare, especially when the quality of work is this high. My old porch was in rough shape, and now it’s completely transformed. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and everything feels sturdy, safe, and fresh. Mario’s team worked efficiently, kept the space clean, and even respected the surrounding landscaping. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and committed to delivering high-quality work on time, Mario is your guy. Highly recommend!
They just finished redoing my deck. It looks amazing. You will not find anyone else to do higher quality work. They showed up as promised and had my deck finished in three days. From the day that I got the estimant to a week later the work was done and the craftsmanship was amazing. You cannot go wrong with this crew.

Did a great job rebuilding my deck and was able to get it done quickly!
Mario fixed our sidings but the nails were put from outside of the siding. The white caulk patches are also visible.
