TERRIBLE. These guys caused a leak in our office basement that POURED moldy water all over an employee. were asked to stop working multiple times and didn't.

Reviews
Since having a cleaning with this contractor, I’ve had lint coming out of my vent every time I use it, which was never a problem before. I also feel like the quoted price is not in line with the market average.
They were super fast to respond and worked magic to fit me in on the same day. Really enjoyed working with VacRock and would definitely recommend them!
Good
The workers did a great job cleaning out my air conditioners. They were professional, responsive and punctual. I recommend VacRock highly!
Very punctual, detail oriented and responsive to my follow up question. Thank you!
Good recommendations, very punctual, very professional.
Andrei and his colleague came to the studio and did a great job. I appreciate them and I would hire them again as they were professional both in their customer service and doing the work.
The crew at VacRock did an excellent job cleaning out the ducts to my HVAC. They sent me before and after pics. The air is now fresh and clean. Highly recommend!!
VacRock did a great job at my house. I bought the house recently and the previous owners must have never cleaned the hvac system before - it was bad. It took the team several hours to ensure everything is cleaned and sanitized properly. I picked the company based on the great reviews and I’m glad to leave another one myself. Will use again!
Exceptional service! Kad explained things as he and his partner were completing the service. He also pointed out other services that I may want to consider in the future. Very informative and thorough! Thank you Kad!
Kad and his team went above and beyond. They taped the wheels of the machine so they don’t scratch the floor surface. they moved things around carefully and helped me remove dead birds in the attic. I was impressive with their professionalism. I would strongly recommend their service.
On time and got the job done. I threw some curve balls at them. The duct work had come loose but they reinstalled it and it is much better now. They also installed a guard to keep animals out of the dryer vent. Had tools and know how. So glad this project is done.
