Alex came to lower my kitchen bar because we are having new countertops put in. The whole process went really well and he cleaned up really well afterwards. Definitely would use him again!

He did an amazing job on my kitchen backsplash! He was very precise, detail-oriented, and approached everything with a high level of skill and professionalism. You can tell he takes pride in his work and knows exactly how to get things done right. Highly recommend!!!
We had an ongoing dishwasher drain problem, and he did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing it. He was very knowledgeable, arrived on time, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The work was clean and done with attention to detail. We really appreciated his professionalism and would definitely hire him again.
Alex was instrumental in the full remodel of my master bathroom and we are very satisfied with the results. Any issues we brought up were fixed and he even came out 3 months later for a minor issue. We appreciate his communication and frequent updates.
Excellent job refacing my fireplace and hanging new mantle.
Thanks to Alex my kitchen now looks even better with this installation. He came on time and made quality work. He was professional, knowledgeable and punctual which is rare these days. Will definitely recommend to others.
Alex is a pleasure to work with, great communication and workmanship at a reasonable price. He transformed our fireplace giving it a wonderful facelift with some colorful tile my wife picked out! We highly recommend his services.
It was a pleasure to work with Alex and would not hesitate to hire him again for my master bath makeover! He was professional and courteous throughout the project and made sure I was satisfied each step of the way. I appreciated that he offered professional suggestions on changing grout color and edging which ended up elevating the look of the marble floor, as well as the niche tile. At the end of the project Alex walked me through all of the work completed and left the area well cleaned. I would recommend Alex for any bathroom/kitchen upgrade. Thanks Alex for the beautiful work and kindness while you were in my home. Jill
Wanted me to tear up all my hardwoods & replace them to fix a squeak. When I said it could be done from the crawlspace I never heard from him again.
Great job! Thank you! Will use your services again. Highly recommend.
We hired VAD Construction to reface our fireplace. The communication prior to the project start was always prompt and professional. The team tore down our existing paneling and tile and replaced it with stone ledger panel tile. They also hung our new mantel. The project took 2 days. We are very pleased with the finished project. We would recommend this team for any future tile projects.
Alex was responsive to our needs to have the work done quickly. His estimate was exactly what the work cost. They were here on time completed the work, and made sure the cleanup removed all materials from the task. Great work, Alex and team!
VAD Constructions was fabulous from start to finish. The team works very hard and main goal is to make the customer happy. Our bathroom was out of date and had suffered water damage. With the help of Alex and his team, we now have the bathroom of our dreams. I would definitely recommend and hope to use them on our other house projects
Thrilled with the work that VAD did for our bathroom project. They could not have made it any easier and it looks incredible! See the photos of the blank slate we started with to the near final transition (waiting on the shower door). Great value, communication and professionalism.
I especially like that this crew could handle destruction/construction, plumbing, electrical and flooring, all professionally. These folks have what it takes to get the job done, and price is very reasonable. They easily accommodated changes we requested as the job progressed. We recommend them and would use them in the future without hesitation!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex on some handyman tasks at one of my rental properties. His professionalism and skill were evident from the start. Alex arrived on time with all the necessary tools and worked efficiently, never stretching out the time. He prioritized tasks effectively, starting with the most complex items and working his way down, which saved both time and money. Alex communicated well, keeping me informed and documenting his start and stop times. His expertise in woodwork was impressive; he expertly hung barn doors, installed ceiling fans, fixed broken drawers, and much more. Spending two days with Alex was a pleasure, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
