We had some cracks and exposed fasteners on our siding, and the team came out and took care of everything. They did a great job with the repairs, were professional, and the siding looks so much better now. Really appreciate the quality work and attention to detail!
I had some cedar siding that had water damage and needed replaced. Jake and his team were great! Jake was extremely communicative, very detailed with the estimates, and completed the job in a timely manner.
Vail-Wise did a 10/10 job repairing and painting my rotten siding and fascia. I got a few quotes from other companies, but went with Vail-Wise because of their quick and thorough communication. Best choice ever! Worth every penny. Efficient and beautiful work!
Jake and his crew did a great job on our siding. Very professional and responsive even going out of his way. Thank you for the great work!
Ruston was very responsive and communicated with us from start to completion. Also, they did an excellent job installing insulated composite cladding siding for us.
They came right out when they said they would be here and took care of my concern. Awesome job fast response
They were great! Very prompt in communication and scheduling. Work completed exactly in time quoted. We could not be happier
Vail Syde LLC was hired to repair my garage damage, paint my shutters and trim, install my storm door, and install a replacement microwave. They had about two days of work with my property and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.
Very professional and superior workmanship. We will definitely use this company for our siding needs.
Vail-Syde Construction is the absolute best!!! I highly recommend. Jake and his team are wonderful - skilled, professional, caring and responsive. Jake is extremely professional and KIND. He is dedicated to ensuring you receive the best service and quality repairs. He is responsive and willing to give options for your consideration. His work is meticulous and the pricing is fair. Again, I highly recommend. You won’t be sorry and your house will thank you.
Easy to communicate with, valued opinions on project, competitive quote and arrived on time and finished project promptly. Would use again and recommend.
Vail-Syde did a great job replacing siding, performing wood-rot repairs, and painting an aging shed at our Myers Park home. Jake provided a thorough explanation of the work that would be performed, how long it would take, and material options for cost savings. They were quick and efficient arriving early in the morning and working late both days to finish the job. They purchased all the materials prior to starting work and hauled off all the materials that were removed from the old shed. I'd recommend Vail-Syde to anyone that needs exterior work done to their home.
I worked with Jake to get the siding redone on my house. He was there the same week to give me an estimate and very thorough through the process. They started working on the estimated start date and showed up everyday ready to work (very punctual!). Jake and his business partner made sure to answer any questions I had along the way, and kept me updated as they worked on the project. Very trustworthy and I highly recommend! I’ll definitely be using again!
Very professional. Presentation and estimate were top notch.
I appreciate the responsiveness, the professional, and the convenient and reasonable payment options. I have a rental property in Charlotte and live out of town. It’s such a relief to have found a reliable company who stands behind their word and work. Hire this company, you won’t be disappointed!
