Valerey was very professional and helped with my pluming and mirror fix activity. I will definitely rehire him
I will recommend him. Very professional, provides high quality job , and very responsive.
I am not sure how good his work is because he could not speak English. We could not communicate with him. Other than that, he seemed very nice.
He did a great job very professional I like how he did a neat job.
Thumbtack only let me choose up to three things great about this provider. He is punctual and responsive. He’s through. I cannot rave about it enough. He figured out what a lot of other professionals couldn’t. He worked with the resources I had to build a challenging structure. He was flexible with the scope of work and I’m happy he took on the job with such confidence.
Valeriy responded to my inquiry quickly to fix several storms that would not open and were dislodged. His pricing was very reasonable. He spent extra time repairing the window frames and actually cleaning my windows without extra charge! I was very jmpressed and will call again.
1. The drain which he came to fix is still leaking. He had said we should wait until morning before using it,and we waited longer, until the afternoon. 2. I had a question about how he calculated his payment. He was in the house for about half an hour. When I asked, he said he is charging for his commute which he said is 1 hour and 10 minutes.
I would not hire Valeriy again. The biggest issue is that I asked him to install a bedroom door to open inwards and all of those multiple times he insisted on installing it to swing outwards until a point of no return was reached and he installed it the way he wanted. Complete disregard of what the customer wanted. Now whenever I open the door I risk smashing someone coming down the stairs and can be barricaded in from the outside. I’ll also need to pay even more to get the job done right. He also left a door stop nail sticking out almost completely that twisted when I tried hammering it in after he was gone. On top of that he also only installed two out of the three door hinges that I bought. And lastly, he increased the cost of the project by $80 (40%) from the agreed upon price!!!! In summary, it’s a thumbs down from me. Best of luck out there.
Appreciate his punctuality, he was able to help clean my badly clogged garbage disposal. He had to come back the next day to finish it up. I will hire him again for sure.
Despite the initial language barrier, Valeriy was thorough and patient as we worked through some initial challenges. Great work all around and would definitely hire again!
