Chris responded so quickly to my request for an estimate with my emergency work that I needed done in our basement. We had water coming up underneath the foundation of the home. We live in a high water table area. We had just purchased a home one week prior. Chris was able to move around his schedule and have his crew come to do the emergency work within just a couple days. They installed a french drain around the perimeter of the interior of home with two sump pumps and two backup batteries. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely hard-working. The finish work they did with the concrete after the french drain was installed is so neat and clean. They also fixed a cracked mainline pipe and replaced it. We thank Chris and his crew for helping our family through this tough time of having water just several days after purchasing the home. Thank you. We would highly recommend Valley Roofing and Construction.
They came a day after I requested help which was great. I had 4 major holes on edge of roof. Looks like it was done by raccoons or squirrels, I don’t know. But valley roofing came a day after I discovered the holes and provided me a free consultation and provided me a quote right away and sent me the quote in writing the following day. I quickly hired them as I needed the work done right away and they came at the lowest fee. They scheduled me a week later and did the work in one day.
I recently hired valley roofing and construction to waterproof my basement and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional organized and efficient. they clearly explained the process, showed up on time and completed the work exactly as promised.
Our experience with Chris and Valley Roofing and Construction was top notch. What started as a small repair of our steps turned into a full tear down and rebuild due to hidden structural issues. Chris and his team were responsive, honest, and delivered excellent workmanship. The end result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience. They gave us a quote. Once we wanted to start the work they changed the number and added over $3,000 in cost.
Extremely pleased with the roof replacement so I hired the same company for three other jobs - To treat with sealer three other roofs and also to repair chimney top and exterior cracks one one house - Very professional and very good workers
I contracted the team to repair my brick steps and perform some related brick maintenance and repair work. The team was professional, we had a good line of communication throughout, and they offered advice along the way. No unexpected charges, no hard selling, no surprises. I also appreciated that there was someone checking in frequently to supervise the quality of the work each day that work was taking place. I’d recommend and use them for future work.
