The tile work turned out OK. They must contract out the work. The workers that showed up barely spoke English. So trying to communicate issues or when they had questions was almost impossible. My master closet had just been remodeled and they grouted the bottoms uneven causing the sides to bow. Now I can’t get the shelves in appropriately. There was quite a bit of clean up and painting that needed to be done when they finished. I tried to share my concerns with Valleywide and was told “it’s a construction site”, and they pretty much dismissed my concerns. And they never followed up or reached out to see if we were happy with the work. Just sent the invoice several times to get paid before it was due. Not a great experience.

They were so quick to respond and give a quote. They were able to start right away and finished up in two days. Price was also the lowest of the three quotes I got and carpet looks so much better. There were a few chips and dings in the baseboards but that happens. Thanks for helping repair out carpet so we can sell our house!
My experience with Valleywide was great. They did what they said they would, when they would at a reasonable price. All around first class operations. Highly recommended. I used them to tile my master bathroom and will be returning to have them do my LVP install shortly.

Don’t have installers illegally dump old carpet in condo.It got us in trouble with HOA. They also didn’t clean up after themselves very well. There was cut up carpet all over house and parking lot
Be more forthcoming about my right to cancel the appointment and if I did, there would be a $500 restock fee. I found cheaper carpet I liked better. While they’d let me cancel, they wanted restock fee. They did lower price so I took their carpet, which I liked less. Overall a disappointing experience.
The company was able to do the install the following day, and the tile was expertly done. I’m happy with the quality and would not hesitate having them do future work.

Valleywide Floors made it possible for us to install fairly new carpet, which was too light for our rental - but perfect for our bedroom. They provided a reasonable quote to pick up the carpet from my rental and install it into the bedroom of our own home. Most other carpet installation companies were estimating what it would cost to include carpet and padding, just for the installation, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to re-purpose the 5 month-old, high-end carpet I had removed from my vacation rental, as it was too light for a short-term rental and would need to be cleaned often. Valleywide Floors worked with me on the scheduling when I needed to change the installation date, and gave me a time that worked for us. They did a really great job for a reasonable price. I'm very happy I found them and will contact them again if I need flooring installed.
