I contacted David at the last minute to come out and give me an estimate. He came as soon as he could, walked me through the issue and provided me with repair and replacement options. Once we agreed, he came out to do the job, explained to me what was done and how to use the new water heater. A neighbor was having some issues while he was here and he stopped by there to help after he finished my work. I really appreciate an honest plumber! Thank you, David!
David accepted the job and agreed to meet us at 10am. He said he would confirm exact time in the morning, so when I didn’t hear from him at 10:30am I reached out with no response. I called him at 10:45 and he assured me he was 45 mins away. 45 mins later I called again, and he told me he was 30 mins away. These were all lies. I immediately told him to not show up. He wasted our entire morning, and then prevented us from finding help that same day because he was completely unprofessional and did not respect our time. He provided his explanations of his wife being in the hospital but why accept a job then? Do not use this company.
Plumber David listened to what we needed, asked good questions and answered all the questions we had on our project (bringing a water line to the backyard and installing a new hose bib. Will definitely use in the future

I probably could have hired a cheaper plumber, but I decided to go with Valu-Rite Plumbing because they were licensed and had decades of experience to increase the probability of success. And they delivered. They even gave me a volume discount when two other work items were identified during the visit. Very satisfied and would work with them again.

Poor quality work, had 2 other large plumbing companies come in after to give 2nd opinion and they pointed out all the problems with the work done. He took 12 hours to do what should have been under 4. Became very argumentative when we tried to pay and dismiss him as he was trying to convince us to let him repipe our whole house. He was not happy when we continued to refuse.
Very knowledgeable professional, corrected several sink piping issues and re-connected my insinkerator!! Took time to explain things to me. I am very pleased!
I have requested numerous times to come back and secure the insulated water pipe to the wall. I even sent photos and no response. I supposedly have a lifetime warranty on the work but can't get the simple work done. After he broke a candle holder in my bathroom. I hope I don't have any issues with the repair. After that I even mentioned that I had a new toilet to be installed but not a single word from this company. It's like I've paid for the repair and whatever happens next doesn't matter. I think it only needs a simple bracket, however I paid for the job

The plumber was very responsive and came when he said he was going to come on time. He did a thorough job finding the leak and fixing it. I was very happy with the service.
I was scheduled to get a washer and dryer. Disassembling the old ones the night before I figured out the cold water valve was leaking. I messaged the guys and they were over the next morning just after my delivery. Above and beyond will hire again.

Valu Rite was quick to reply, that’s always good. Randy was an hour late to my appt but did keep in communication to let me know he was running behind due to a Job before me. The price was definitely not what I expected to unclog a kitchen drain for $289 and the work took about 30 minutes
Mr. David promptly responded to my messages about the job. My kitchen sink was backing up and not draining. We are having a graduation party this week and needed the drain fixed. I requested a 3 pm appointment, Mr. David said he could be there between 3 and 5 and when I told him I work shift, sleep during the day and have to be at work at 5, he arranged his time and showed up right at 3. He completed the job and took his time to make sure it was done completely. The drain had to be snaked two time to clear the blockage. He gave me some tips on how to keep the drain working properly. Would definitely hire again And the price was what he quoted me.
