Patrick was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend selecting him for any painting project, reasonable pricing, conscientious, timely results. I had the majority of my condo painted, including all of the stained window casings, trims,moldings, doors and kitchen cabinets. I was also able to get assistance with add on items like changing out door and lighting fixtures. Before and after photos included.
I wish I could have selected more positive attributes for Vandaveer. They were punctual, great communication, courteous coming in & out of my home, and even fixed my screen door from slamming which had been on my to do list for a year. They came to install moldings for a doorway & did wonderful. We plan to hire them for more work!
VC replaced a deck whose best days were far behind it. The end result is a new outdoor space that looks spectacular. I highly recommend giving VC an opportunity to bring their expertise on your next project.

I hired Patrick to do a small job of inserting molding around the top of my drywall. I had everything ready to go. The pieces were painted and just needed cut and hung. When I called him for a price he said $2.50 per square foot. My job was 140 ft total minus the pipes we went around, equalling $300. I didn't watch him do the job as I had an urgent matter to attend to, and it looked good from certain parts upon completion, but later I realized I was incredibly wrong. Patrick didn't cut the pieces to bring the corners together he just hung them up straight. This was the reason I was putting up molding in the first place to hide some imperfections in the drywall. What was this?? He put up one piece backward? And another runs off. I have been trying to reach him to fix this since I paid $300 for an hour of work and he won’t answer calls, emails, or texts, not a single response, or pick up. Long story short it cost me double to get this one area fixed.
Patrick did a great job bringing our front porch back to life! We now have stairs again and they are quite solid. The railings Patrick put in look better than the old ones and are much sturdier. He was a great communicator, has fair prices, stayed on budget, and also had good ideas to add to the project. I will definitely call Patrick again when I have more household projects in the future!
Patrick, replaced the front deck railings and installed a new garage entry utility door. Both projects were completed timely and done very well. I plan on using Patrick for other future projects.

Patrick came in when directly to work assess the workspace. Found a few complications or issues that were outside of the realm of his work He solved those problems without issue We came to an agreement I'm very happy with his work and I'm highly recommend him for any future projects.
