About VanderHoek Design
Hi! My name is Lisa VanderHoek and I love all things that have to do with home interiors. I have been working in the home interiors industry since 2017, after I left my corporate career to pursue my passion. I started with an online home decor shop, but have now moved into interior design and styling and home renovation. My goal is to help clients create a beautiful, functional, and cozy home.
Reviews
Don’t hesitate to use this interior designer. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing her advice, and loved the way she was open to hearing what I liked, and as well, had amazing ideas how to blend my ideas into a design that worked.
Lisa was very communicative and made sure I was comfortable when she came to my apartment. She brought some very good insights into how to shape the space and was super collaborative with ideas and taking my tastes into consideration. If I had more rooms and time I would absolutely hire her again. Thank you for your help!!
Lisa was very helpful in creating a design for my new office
This was my first time hiring a designer and I was very nervous. My place is very small and I felt that maybe it would be hard to find someone willing to work with me. From the start Lisa made me feel valued as a client. Even though some of my Design ideas were a little unclear. She took the time to understand what I liked and created something that was unique to me. She provided two layout options and gave me several choices for each room. She also took the time to offer me options in different price ranges. This made me feel that she had my best interest at heart. I really enjoyed working with her and have already recommended her to friends.
Lisa is Very friendly.. u can talk to her about your ideas… I highly recommend her…
Working with Lisa was fantastic. She gave us ideas and layouts that suited our space well without breaking the bank.
I needed help with selecting wall paint, wallpaper, and a carpet. Lisa did a terrific job helping me choose my colors! She has an eye for detail and was immediately able to understand the vibe I was going for. She’s very friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend her and would definitely work with her again in the future!
Lisa went above and beyond to help my wife and I furnish our new home. Her approach to design helped us align our visions to make decisions (we are both designers in other fields so not an easy feat). She took feedback and pushed us in all of the right places to expand our perspectives. I highly recommend you work with Lisa!!
Lisa was very helpful in assisting me in what colors to choose for the interior of my home.
