I had a great experience! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough with his inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the entire process of addressing the rodent issue on my property. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or like he was trying to upsell me on services I didn’t need, which was a refreshing change from some of the other companies I received quotes from. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made me feel confident about the next steps. I would definitely recommend him!

I really had high hopes for this company after hiring Insight Pest Control (nightmare company). This guy said they are well known for being terrible, and out of the gate, he seemed a lot more knowledgeable about wasps; however, like Insight, his treatment didn't work, and we still have wasps all over. I let him know a few days ago that I still saw them, trying to overcommunicate, and he assured me that was normal. Today, I saw many more, and they were still entering our home as they were on Friday when he came out. Additionally, they were entering the living area of our home and flying around our house, which means his treatment was not done properly. I asked him politely to please come back out and fix it, and he said the soonest he could come was Thursday. It's Monday, and we have wasps flying around our home. Not only did his treatment fail, but he has no solution for 4 more days. I even asked if he could come later or after hours, and he did not even try; he just said he is busy and no. Zero customer service and zero care for my home with wasps in it. That forces me to now hire a third company. I have paid over $700 now to 2 companies, and I still have a wasp problem. I would really expect these companies to do better when live wasps are flying around, but they don't seem to care. Sharing this to hopefully save someone else the headache and financial loss. If you want your wasp problem handled, or a business with integrity, I would not suggest hiring this company.
They were able to come out and help with my problem incredibly fast, and gave genuine quality service. They were knowledgeable and prepared. I would absolutely reach out to them in the future to assist with any pest needs.
Walt was great! He came out and removed a basketball-sized yellow jacket nest hiding inside my old barbecue cover within an hour of my initial call! Thanks Walt!

Walt is fantastic. Called him for a bee hive removal. He was super informative and straightforward. Hired on the spot for all our pest control needs.
