Edguardo and his team did excellent work on our home. They stained and sealed our fence, resealed our tub, and replaced the outer trim on our sliding glass door. He is knowledgeable and provided strong recommendations and was supportive of whatever we decided. His team was professional and the work was high quality! Will definitely be contracting with them again.

Edgardo responded promptly to my request to raise a cabinet in order for a refrigerator would fit underneath. Since we will be getting new cabinets soon, we weren’t concerned that it wouldn’t align with the others. Edgardo arrived on time and performed the work with no issues and he was reasonably priced. Edgardo and his team were respectful of our home and cleaned up afterwards. I plan to hire him for future projects and highly recommend him.
Edgardo and his team were quick to provide a quote for my door replacement and the work was completed that weekend. I had a new door and frame replace and Edgardo was able to make my old glass door work with the new frame so I didn’t have to purchase another one. I will be using him again for handyman work.
The team is wonderful! Responsive, prompt and they do great work
They did an excellent job. Very professional and hard workers. You could tell that they took there work serious. I wil definitely recommend and use again. Thanks
One of the best service providers in the area. Highly recommend.
Vasquez Premodeling did an amazing job installing a new railing. The project was beyond the skillset of my handyman and he neglected to mention that. Instead, he left an eyesore and an unsafe situation. Vasquez Premodeling performed a miracle and I'm so pleased with the finished project. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future projects.
Edgardo did an excellent job in my house! I had an existing built in bench in my dining room and I wanted to get some drawers installed. Edgardo recommended fully removing and rebuilding to get the largest drawers possible for the space and did an excellent job. He was very responsive and easy to work with and I will be hopefully working with him on future projects.
Edgardo was fantastic, he gave me a very reasonable price and built some beautiful bookshelves in my home. He and his team helped me create the home office I envisioned, and did it all very quickly! We recommend him for any carpentry needs, especially woodworking and flooring.
I had an old shoe cabinet that I didn't need anymore but loved the doors because of the lattice wood. Vasquez took the doors and made a beautiful 4 doors shoe cabinet. He understood my vision and brought it to life.
