I would definitely hire them again! Showed up early to the job site, quickly took mini-split apart and determined the root cause. Understood that my Tenant needed a quick solution. The tech gave a clear understanding of the next steps, ordering the part and offered overnight options if necessary. Luckily, they were able to order the part and get it next day, Monday. Tuesday morning showed up with the part and installed. We now have a working machine and everyone was happy!! Thank you for the good experience! Will hire again!
