First time and was a great experience . Will book again
She was timely, professional, and did an excellent job!
This company was the best thing that ever happened to us! I’m pregnant and I need it some help cleaning my house and they left it absolutely spotless and they gave me an amazing price! I’m so grateful!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Responded to my request within minutes and scheduled a deep cleaning the following day. They did a wonderful job and I’d definitely hire them again!
I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning. The team put in the time and effort to complete the deep cleaning I requested. They were very efficient and pleasant. Thank you for a job well done!
I worked out well with my current needs and schedule.
I’ve tried several different companies over the years, and this one has provided the best service by far. They respond quickly and genuinely prioritize customer satisfaction rather than focusing solely on money. Their quote was slightly higher than the others I received, but the quality of their work, attention to detail, and thoroughness of the cleaning made it absolutely worth it.
Really solid job! :) And the cleaners themselves were super professional, kind and hard working. Only reason for the 4/5 is because what’s included in the “move out” clean wasn’t very specific so I was a little surprised when I was asked for more money. Would hire again though if I needed a monthly clean.
I would strongly recommend steering clear of this company. They were given a clear brief outlining exactly what needed to be cleaned, yet they failed to complete the agreed service. When we contacted them about the missed items, they acknowledged the issue and confirmed that they would return to finish the work. After confirming they would come back, they stopped responding to our messages. Rather than immediately writing them off, the owner of the property was patient and gave them additional time before following up again, as we genuinely wanted to give them the opportunity to honour their commitment and make things right. Rather than communicating professionally or honouring their commitment, they responded with abusive messages and refused to return to complete the work they had already agreed to do. Everyone makes mistakes, and we weren't asking for anything beyond what had already been paid for. We simply wanted the service we had hired them for to be completed. Instead, we were met with hostility, a complete lack of accountability, and some of the most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced. I've attached screenshots of the conversation so others can judge for themselves. Based on both the incomplete cleaning service and the way they handled a reasonable request to rectify it, I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.
