Reviews
I replaced both my indoor and outdoor AC units with this company, and they did a great job. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. They noticed that I had an older system and took the time to explain my options, recommending a new system that was a better fit for my apartment. Their price was fair and in line with other quotes I received. Once I approved the project, they had their crew and equipment ready the very next day. The installation went smoothly, and the entire process was professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.
Did a wonderful job my condenser in my outside. Ac unit was blown gave them A call was there the same morning came out and found the problem had everything fix the next day was prompt and honest I definitely recommend them great service
Terrible service, trying to rip off customers with wrong diagnosis
Velocity Flow replaced my HVAC system with a high-performance Trane unit. I was very pleased with the price and work. I highly recommend Velocity Flow for any HVAC needs you may have.
Nic was great! He really knows his stuff! And works swiftly! I will definitely be a reoccurring customer!
Nick was able to come by and take a look at my AC unit right away. He took his time and assessed the issue and let me know all the details. Will definitely call him back in the future.
Great response time, affordable pricing. Had my A/C up and running within a few days of contacting him.
I will be using this company on all my projects from now on, thank you for the fast response
Not only were they the first to contact me, they gave an estimate over the phone, were the lowest AND managed to install the next day. Would 100% recommend them and plan to use them for any hvac needs moving forward!
Nick was VERY responsive. Our ac went out, and it was 90 degrees reading on the thermostat in the house. Nick called me back asap after reaching out on Thumbtack, and was to my house in 6 mins. He diagnosed the problems, and fixed it right away! House is now cooling again. Will use again when needed in the future, and I HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone looking for their ac needs. Thanks Nick!
Nick and his crew did A+ work installing our new AC. He performed the job the next day and the price was fair. The laborers were very respectful and worked quietly while I worked from home. I’d recommend them to anyone!
Nick installed a brand new unit for me. He offered the best price. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend him.
I got a call from my tenant on Sunday because ac wasnt running cold. I called Nick on Monday. Nick came out and evaluated the situation on Tuesday. System was 19 yrs old so it was time for a change. He wasnt pushy and gave me options. I ended up getting a brand new system. 3.5 ton Trane for $5500. He got the job done by Friday afternoon. He even waived a credit card transaction fee of 3%. I got him paid by Monday in full. This is how business should be done. Everybody is happy. Thanks Nick!
Nick was very professional. He was timely and came out quickly. The estimate was affordable and he made sure it was permitted. He and his team were fast, friendly, and efficient.
I see a few bad reviews for this company… first off I would like to say that Nick and his crew did a top notch job at troubleshooting and repairing my system back to 100% for the best price around. If your looking for a HVAC company, look no further. Would recommend 100000% to anyone I know.
Responded quickly, installed quickly, pleasant and professional. Thanks
Nick was prompt and showed up on time in spite of a serious thunderstorm. He was quick to answer all my questions and had appropriate answers. I am impressed with his professionalism.
I received a same day install. Very professional. Reasonable prices and arrived on time.
Nic and his team did a great job relocating my AC unit from the back of the house to the side of the house. They came in, let me know exactly what they were going to do. FINISHED IN RECORD TIME! and cleaned up everything before they left. Great price and great service. Would highly recommend.
