About Velocity Signing Services
I provide reliable, mobile notary services throughout the Twin Cities, coming directly to your home, workplace, hospital, or care facility for maximum convenience. I specialize in general notarizations, including affidavits, power of attorney, and other important documents, ensuring each signing is handled accurately and efficiently. I understand that many notarizations are time-sensitive or happen during important life moments, so I focus on being responsive, punctual, and easy to work with. I have experience working in hospital and care facility settings, helping patients and families complete documents quickly and with minimal stress. Whether you need a simple document notarized or assistance with real estate and loan documents, I guide the process clearly and make sure everything is completed correctly the first time. Same-day and evening appointments are available.

I had a wonderful experience with Jacob! He was on time, actually a little bit early, and even though I was out of his area, he helped me out with my needs. I am forever grateful to him for that!! I highly recommend him for your buisness and know you'll enjoy his demeanor and his professionalism. Thank you Jacb!!!
Great communication, very personable, flexible scheduling and very professional. Will use again and encourage others to do the same.
Jacob drove to us to help out with fairly short notice to save me from needing to haul my wheelchair bound mother to find a notary so I can care for her. He was professional and kind. Highly recommend!
Velocity Signing was easy to work, professional, and quick.
Great service no issues with apostile of my document!
We needed a notary for a POA and Health Care Directive for my MIL and Jake came out the same day. He was very patient and my MIL felt comfortable with him.
Jake was fantastic to work with and did a great job for me. He is very knowledgeable, creative and took the initiative to anticipate what needed to be done.
The experience started with excellent communication, prompt arrival, everything completed, and a bit of kindness at the end for a difficult situation.
Great experience. Fast. Responsive. Friendly. Professional. Need a notary within a week and he came same day. Awesome.
