Reviews
Quick response and service
We used Vertex Solutions to get some door handles either repaired or replaced. They were very helpful and quick during this process. Some handles had to be replaced and Valerie was so helpful in getting replacement door handles quickly. I highly recommend using Vertex Solutions for your home improvement project.
great experience with Valery, prompt, quick and excellent work quality!
We needed our screen doors replaced and Valeri did a great job, but was quite late (coming from another job), and ran out of material which delayed the job even further as he had to go out to get more. All in all good work, but would have loved for better punctuality and preparedness.
Valeri was professional, arrived on time, and his work on three doors at our place was perfect.
Nice
He was very professional and make the repair quickly.
I had a great experience working with Valeri from Vertex Solutions for a door repair service today. From start to finish, the service was prompt, professional, and reliable. Scheduling was quick and straightforward, with an appointment confirmed right away. Valeri arrived right on time, which I truly appreciated. Rather than rushing through the job, he took the time to carefully diagnose the issue and complete the repair thoroughly. The door is now back in proper working order, and he left the work area clean when finished. If you are looking for dependable and detail-oriented door service repair, I highly recommend Valeri and Vertex Solutions. I would definitely work with them again for future maintenance or repairs.
Vertex Solutions did an excellent job fixing two problems I'd been putting off: a bi-fold closet door that wouldn't operate properly and a deadbolt lock that needed adjustment. Communication was great from the start. They kept me informed about their arrival time, showed up when expected, and were friendly and professional throughout the visit. I especially appreciated that they didn't rush the work—they took the time to make sure everything was adjusted correctly instead of settling for a quick fix. Both the closet door and the deadbolt now work perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Vertex Solutions again for future work.
