Responsive and professional!
What originally seemed like an impossible task; finding someone willing to come out and handle a small project, (basement handrail) led me to discover an absolutely solid business, and trustworthy professional, Victor Cova. Throughout our dialogue, Victor consistently responded timely, answering all my questions, even providing me with a 3D sketch of what the project would look like. Victor, and his partner, Carlos, are easy going, and pleasant to work with. They did a fantastic job; I was surprised how quickly they completed the project. and how clean the whole process was. The estimate provided was very fair, and there were no surprises. Additionally, there are a number of other projects I need help with, and after talking them over with Victor. I am confident that he will be a great help; I look forward to working with him in the future.
