About Vico’s service
My clients have been completely satisfied with the work I've done for them, whether it's painting, windows, roofing, or siding, because their satisfaction is my top priority. They've confirmed that the final result exceeded their expectations and that they would recommend the service without hesitation.I don’t give estimates without seeing the work I’m going to do. I only give estimates after seeing the work.

Came by and fixed my patio screen right away for a great price! Will definitely be using his services again when needed
He did a great job. He was professional, timely, and fair with his price.
Confirming arrival times clearly and notifying customers about delays. * Responding calmly to reasonable scheduling questions. * Avoiding personal remarks such as calling a customer “nosy” or “controlling.” * Setting expectations upfront about pricing, appointment windows, and job duration. * Cancelling professionally when he no longer wishes to take a job. A simple response such as, “I’ll arrive around 9:00 AM and will notify you if delayed,” would have prevented the misunderstanding.
Fantastic job today helping me get a temporary door installed after an emergency. Great work and really appreciate the quick turnaround
He showed up on time, did the work, and then made sure I was happy wih the work. He even answered my questions explaining what caused the issue and everything he did to fx it.
Quick responses and even faster service. He assessed and fixed my loose siding within 30 minutes for a great price
Vico was professional and knowledgeable about the work needed to be done.
Excellent service, in time and honest. Highly recommended.
Vico did a great job fixing my outside trim and siding and closing an area with flashing where squirrels had been entering the attic. He had to come three times for different phases and to work around the squirrel guy's schedule to remove his trap. He was flexible with his schedule and charged a fair price.
Viko was probably the best contractor I ever worked with. Humble, professional, reasonable pricing and ofcourse an expert. Highly recommend him!!
Prompt and efficient help to repair my windows and evaluate additional repairs I am planning in the coming weeks.
Did a great job fixing 2 of my windows!
