I would have no hesitance to refer Victor. He shows up when he says he will, good communicator. Quality of work is great as well. Did a artificial grass and rock landscape. Came out great. Fair in pricing as well.
He shouldn't except jobs he doesn't know how to do. I understand we need to make money. But I paid alot of money for a job and got bad and poor results. Missing alot of bolts. Didn't use a hammer drill to make clean holes. Using dolly wheels that don't even roll or support the gate. Didn't add top caps on all the post. The cutting at he bottom gate was uneven.

I needed my lawn taken cared of and he came right over.. had it done in 2 hours
Never completed the job. He was supposed to remove the trash and just left it piled up there … he was supposed to install sprinklers correctly. They are leaking not properly install installed.. he said he needed $1000 to purchase the materials. I told him I did not feel comfortable with giving him cash that I can purchase it for him he kept insisting. I gave him $1,000 to purchase a materials. He never came back with them. Sprinklers and PVC are not $1000.. Constant delays every single day he supposed to work and never comes when he says he is. He was supposed to remove all of the rock and debris and haul it away. Instead, he left it piled up there. To the state, I’m still waiting for a three day completion that he promised is now going on a month. I told him we need to rectify this and return some of the money and I have not received a response. It’s been over 24 hours.. Please learn from my mistake. At this point, it’s contractor fraud and he should be facing legal action for this, but I have grace and I’ve given him many opportunities to make this right. Even a response would have been helpful. Victor Landscaping came to give me a quote on April 22nd for rock removal from my front yard. Initially, I was quoted $10,000 for rock removal, concrete installation, and seeding. Within seconds, the quote dropped to $8,500. I made it clear I only wanted the rocks removed and would discuss the rest later. He then quoted $1,200 for just the rock removal. I carefully pointed out the exact areas, confirmed the scope, and he agreed to the price. Due to a language barrier, he had his partner call me, who then quoted $1,500 instead. I declined and said I would continue to get other estimates. Shortly after, he messaged me on the app saying $1,200 was fine and that he’d be at my house the next day at 8 a.m. I agreed. He showed up and worked, but by the end of the first day, the rocks were just piled up in the yard and not removed. He promised to return on Sunday. I hesitantly agreed, but he didn’t show up or communicate. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since it was Mother’s Day, but he also didn’t show up on Monday or Tuesday—again with no communication. I finally messaged Tuesday night asking for an update, and still got no response. He showed up unannounced on Wednesday, worked for an hour, then knocked on my door saying there was more rock than expected and the cost to dump it was high. He increased the price to $1,500, essentially giving me an ultimatum: pay more or be left with unfinished work. The sidewalk area is still flooded with rock. This experience was frustrating due to the lack of clear communication, changing prices, missed deadlines, and unprofessional handling of the agreement. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
