Would definitely call him again. Very knowledgeable.
I must say I was overwhelmed by how kind, intelligent and helpful victorious IT was with me. They asked me important questions. They listen to me carefully, and they were able to solve my problem rather quickly, and the price was unbelievably less than I ever imagined.
On time. Professional. Understood the problem over the phone and was able to fix it rather quickly upon arrival. I would highly recommend this company.
Victorious IT did some troubleshooting over the phone and Voila! It is working!! Thank you so much. I will call you anytime I need help.
Good work
From the time I contacted Dan on Thumbtack he was responsive , and in constant communication with me about my project. Even though a small project as it was Dan made me feel like it was just as important as any of his other projects. . I had a deadline to meet and Dan and his crew worked afterhours to get it done. I recommend Victorious IT for any IT needs you may have and will be using Dan and Victorious in the future.
