I did not end up working with Stephan due to some personal reasons but I would highly recommend Stephan. he is responsive and very knowledgeable
Highly recommended! My condo needs staging before listing, and they did great job in cleaning the dark spots on my floor at timely manner!
This is maybe a funny review because we didn’t actually choose this company to do our floors, but I want to give credit where it’s due based on Stepan’s responsiveness and professionalism. We ended up going with a general contractor who could help us with several other projects at once; however I was very impressed with Stepan’s knowledge and ability to guide my husband and me on what would be the best route with our floors. If we need our floors done in a different part of our home or know of someone just needing their floors done, we’ll recommend this company!
This company was extremely professional and responsive. They understood what had to be done and provided information to ensure that my repair resulted in my floor looking like new. The work was beautifully done. They took care to ensure the workplace was totally clean when they left.
Stepans the man . Great communication from start to finish. Punctual service. Quality work. Look no further if you want new flooring. Don't mess with the rest. Call Victorias!.
Victoria Flooring was quick to respond to my request, and arrived promptly. They were thorough, diligent, professional, and provided excellent value. They worked with me regarding my specifics needs on my floor, due to being in a condo, and were mindful of all the condo needs while installing. I couldn’t be happier with my new floor!
Team Stepan did our stair cases and whole second floor. I really satisfy with their professionalism and effort to get done on time and craftsmanship! I would recommend them to anyone who needs floor installation.
They really did an excellent job installing the flooring, their professionalism and quality of work are certainly praiseworthy. Having skilled and competent professionals handling such tasks can make a significant difference in the outcome. Overall, I had a positive experience with their services. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.
I was really impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work. They will definitely have my business again.
Stepan and his team were great to work with. He was very quick to respond and had great insights that made the process much smoother. They were able to do the install on two floors including stairs quickly. We had daily updates and were able plan ahead due to Stepan’s planning and communication. Would definitely work with them again.
Excellent professional work, they first called me and assessed the need over a phone call, then came to see my garage in person, spent time assessing the real need for leveling and scraping the floors, and installing the tiles, gave me super realistic and fair cost estimate, then once I accepted, they arrived everyday on time, communicated clearly the progress, the quality was excellent and exceeded my expectations, and on top of that, they have the most positive attitude and super honest team. I will hire them anytime and strongly recommend them. And once the work was done, Stepan visited me to ensure I’m happy with the work and answered all my questions.
