They did not return to replace the cracked tiles I found after they finished the tile installation

Villarino was a dream to work with! They were able to come in and replace three bedrooms carpet with LVP flooring. I already had the material so they used that flooring but were able to provide other materials that we needed. The guys who came to do the work were so kind and efficient! The flooring was done within two days. The woman I talked to regarding billing and scheduling was very friendly and responsive as well. Overall 10/10 experience!

Always a pleasure to work with Sarah and Her Crew! This is the second bedroom they’ve laid porcelain tile for us and it’s every bit as beautiful as the first! One bedroom left to go! We will definitely hire them back, can’t wait! Sincerely, Stephanie S.

I needed a contractor to install flooring I purchased and do it within 4 days due to furnishings arriving- once I submitted my request - I received a call quickly- confirming project - timing and options. The work was scheduled and completed as promised- very pleased - would recommend this company.

Great to work with! We had a very good experience having our counters replaced, backsplash and bar top leveled. Sarah was prepared with pictures at our first meeting and was able to price out the exact pieces that they could install. I got multiple quotes and this was the best. All the installers were professional, hard working and neat. Customer service is exceptional. They want to make sure that you are happy and went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Villarino installed 400 sq ft of subfloor and vinyl floor in my mobile home. Their professionalism was outstanding. Their office manager communicated with me continually from start to finish. She promptly answered any questions that I had. The three workers who did the installation were efficient, competent, respectful, and friendly. The price for the project was fair and reasonable. Villarino made this project very pleasant. I highly recommend them.

company did stretch the carpet, however, only used a knee-kicker to do the job. one side of the carpet was not loosened and stretched. young kid said knee kicker equipment was all they ever used with carpet, had never heard of a power stretcher. We are hoping this will last.
