Did the job. No problems EDIT: Sis the job. Failed within two weeks, and keeps saying he will come by to check it out, but hasn't, a month later.

Rene and his team repaired and replaced the stucco siding on my 1910s-built house. From the beginning, I appreciated his expertise and commitment to keeping the original look of the house. I wanted to replace just the siding that was in the worst shape, and Rene came up with a plan to resurface the rest with some added structural improvements so that the texture is uniform everywhere and everything is secure. Communication was good, and they dealt with tight spaces, difficult access, and lots of trim to work around. I’m very pleased with the outcome and would call Rene again for stucco work.

Villalobos Construction did the stucco remediation on my commercial building and the work turned out even better than I had hoped. Rene Villalobos, the owner, shows up on time, charges a fair price, is a good communicator, and his team does top-notch work. I'll definitely be using him in the future whenever my stucco walls need more TLC.

We had our chimney refinished completely recovered with new stucco. Rene’ got our bid back quickly, scheduled our work within two weeks of meeting with him and was punctual, hard working and a great communicator! Project was completed today and we are extremely happy with the results!

Rene has not done the job yet, but he was very responsive, professional and worked with the company who will be paying for the damage they caused to our stucco. He is starting the job tomorrow.

Rene did a great job. I had never met him before but I am along time contractor and have worked with many trades over a lot of years. Rene did what he said he was going to do, showed up on time and gave me a fair price. I would definitely hire him again

Rene did a great job on stucco repairs on home. I originally had him out to do some work related to new roof, he was detail oriented and worked with roofer to correct some of their issues that would prevent getting the job done right. He found some rot issues when doing this job and was clear on what the options were and how best to proceed. He did a great job communicating throughout and I always felt up to speed on the progress of job. Would absolutely use again for future work on house.

Covered up an old brick fireplace with stucco, makes the room look excellent and matched the paint very well

We would give them a higher rating but they left huge bags of trash and concrete in the yard and even after repeated requests for them to return and pick it up, we had to break it down and take it to the dump ourselves.
