**Please Read** Dont do what I did. I saw his reviews and decided I would still give him a chance. Big mistake. I am trying to remodel a older house and contacted Vince about installing a new front door a screen door and 3 ceiling fans. If the projects went well I was planning on hiring him for a lot of other jobs. Vince agreed over the phone to do the projects and gave me a rough estimate. A few days later I contacted him again and asked if he could stop by so I could show him what I had in mind and so he could get some measurements and he agreed to come by at a specific time. On the day he was supposed to come by I left work early to meet him at the house and he never showed up. I waited for an hour after the time he was supposed to show and then called him and left a polite voice mail asking him to call me back and he never responded. It has now been days since he was supposed to come by and I have left multiple messages and he has not responded to any of them. I now have almost a $1,000 in ceiling fans and other materials and nobody to install them. Not showing up when you're scheduled is unprofessional.

Called to make an appointment, showed up. Called for second appointment, showed up very enthusiastic and ready to go. When I asked for an estimate, silence. I'm trying to plan my project out and if he doesn't seem to have the need to do business, then why even be on here? Luckily, I found someone realiable. Seems like I was not the only one with this issue. Don't waste your time.

It started off good! He communicated well, came when he said he would, with a helper. He had the helper work on one project, while he replaced a ceiling fan. I also had a light fixture in the bathroom to replace, however he said he’d need to come back for that with drywall repair stuff. They were in and out in less than an hour with a plan to come back and fix light. He didn’t want me to pay since he was going to come back and they weren’t there long … I paid him for what they did anyway…. But he flaked and didn’t return to do the next job. Didn’t respond to my texts. :(
