I got a quote from Johnny plumber, and an electrician… both were incredibly knowledgeable and capable of my job. But the price for work was 3 xs more than my other quotes.
MINDBLOWING! Told me they would have someone out between 8-10 am and that id receive a call when the tech is on the way. 10:34 arrival time, we tell him there is gurgling from the toilets and showers, he peeks in two bathrooms and tells us he has a “feeling” that we might have bad water lines ran to the septic tank, he goes outside to find the septic tank. 5 minutes after being outside poking 40 holes with his so called “probe” tells us that we definitely have bad gaskets and lines and that its gonna cost $6000 to repair, next day, contacted a septic tank specialist and found out the septic tank was slab full and had to be emptied , paid $470 and drains working good as new. Would not recommend this company at all based off of the tech that came out( Stephen Burdette)
Technician was very nice, arrived early and completed the replacement of the breaker quickly. But the charge of $185 to replace one breaker seemed very high to me. So I don’t know where this $49 service call that is mentioned came into play. He wasn’t here 15 minutes!
Chasen got to the root of the problem quickly and did an excellent repair job. Very professional and courteous. Could not ask for a better experience. I appreciated the super-fast response time.

Viper electric and Corey are amazing. They were able to figure out an electrical problem for me that another electrician couldn’t and charge about half of what the other company was proposing to figure out the issue. Super friendly and professional.
