About Virtus Ventures
Finish carpentry for Akron and Northeast Ohio: closet and shelving systems, trim and molding, interior doors, and wood slat feature walls. That is the list, and it is deliberate. Most projects run one to two days and I do them myself, so the person who walks your space and writes your quote is the person who sets the last piece of trim. Pricing you can count on before I arrive: closet and shelving systems run $1,200 to $1,800 for a reach-in and $2,000 to $3,500 for a walk-in. Trim and molding runs $600 to $1,200 per room for base and casing, with crown at $10 to $14 per linear foot. Interior doors are $275 to $400 per opening, prehung, installed and cased. Wood slat feature walls run $1,500 to $3,000 for a typical 100 to 150 square foot wall with materials included. I also mount televisions with the cable concealed inside the wall, on its own or built into a feature wall. One thing to know before you message me: I do not paint. Every surface is left filled, sanded, and ready for finish, and I can refer a painter I work with if you want one. Pre-finished slat walls need no paint at all. Akron based since 2008, serving Fairlawn, Bath, Hudson, Copley, Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Richfield, Medina, Tallmadge, Green, and the surrounding communities.
Reviews
The service focused on completing the necessary tasks in good order, regardless of the amount of time required. Excellent.
Was on time, did an amazing job, put together one of the toughest workout machines I've ever seen by himself, single-handedly. Would definitely recommend and just an overall great person.
Matt did an excellent job with my TV mount installation. He offered a competitive price. The quality of his workmanship was excellent and he is very knowledgeable. Most of all, he was easy-going and flexible with any requested changes and we felt comfortable having him in our home.
