Excellent communication. Confirmed project day before and was on time, replaced garbage disposal neatly and efficiently. Polite and professional. Would hire again.
I had another great experience with Vitalli Pro! The work we had done this time was swapping our our Insinkerator garbage disposal. He did a careful job and we are very happy with the final result. The price was also very competitive. Thank you!
Vitalii did a great job replacing an old toilet in my home. He was very knowledgeable and explained each step of the process , when we ran into unforeseen issues due to the age of the toilet. Vitalli provided options and was prepared with everything needed to get the job done. We are so grateful! 10/10, Highly recommend!!
I couldn't be more pleased with Vitalli Pro. He was prompt, pleasant, & efficient. It cost less than I expected & my new garbage disposal works!
Very happy to have a working shower after a few other plumbers tried and failed. Handle fixture would only come out scolding or freezing, and it’s an old building , but Vitalii was much quicker than I thought fixing the issue!
I meant to leave this review back in March 2026, but after everything that happened, I definitely feel it’s important to share my experience. What was supposed to be a relatively simple bathroom update for under $1,000 — installing a new vanity, smart toilet, and new hardware — turned into a complete bathroom gut and renovation. During the work, there was plumbing damage that ultimately could not be properly corrected. While attempting to fix the issue, a hole was drilled into my sheet-metal tub, which then meant the tub also had to be replaced. I was not charged for the plumbing damage or for the attempted repair that damaged the tub, but unfortunately that did not come close to covering the overall impact of what happened. I ended up without a usable bathroom for approximately a week and had to shower at the gym. What started as a quick cosmetic update resulted in me having to replace and renovate essentially my entire bathroom, including purchasing a new tub. What frustrated me most was the lack of communication once it became clear that the problems were beyond what he could fix. He told me this was the first time something like this had happened to him, but I would have appreciated more transparency and communication as soon as he realized he was unable to resolve the issues. I understand that mistakes can happen during renovation work, but when a job goes wrong, communication and knowing when to stop and bring in someone with the appropriate expertise are extremely important. A small bathroom project ended up becoming a full renovation, leaving me with significantly more expense, inconvenience, and work than I ever anticipated.
Vitalii, was great! He accessed the issue quickly. He hooked up our faucet, sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Thank you!
Five stars. On time, prompt, and efficient. He cleaned all the drain pipes under the sink, which were heavily clogged with buildup and debris, and applied a professional drain cleaner to clear further into the line. The drain is flowing perfectly now. He also stands behind his work and offers a guarantee on the service performed. Highly recommend!
