very thorough, took care of all my issues. hire him again.
Vitali is a wizard when it comes to computers. He fixed a difficult to diagnose problem and did so at a very reasonable price. He also tuned and thoroughly cleaned the inside of my massive computer at no additional charge. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing computer repairs.
This was a very satisfying experience. First class in all respects.
Vitalii provided excellent service in helping me assemble two Desktop computers, one for gaming and one for work. He came right on time with all the tools required, had professional knowledge of the computer parts and worked diligently. Took a few hours as expected, after assembling everything he assisted with cable management and testing. Overall great value and excellent professionalism, I would definitely recommend him to anyone for any kind of IT help 👍🏻
He got my computer to work even though it is an old computer. He spent a lot of time on my computer and stuck with it. Got right to work once he arrived. He was on time as well. Definitely would recommend him.
OMG!!! My MacBook Pro died, I'm in the film industry and my laptop has everything on it. Vitalii came and literally in 60 minutes my laptop was working again. I didn't spend days waiting on it or thousands of dollars! Thank you Vitalii! #Superman
An absolute GODSEND! I had been searching more than three (3) YEARS for a professional to recover over 12,000 songs in my iTunes library. I thought I would NEVER be able to access/sync my library again. Vitalli was extremely professional, proficient and direct in his approach to fully restore my library. I HIGHLY Recommend!!
My aging MacBook needed a battery upgrade. VitalTech responded to my query promptly with a quote I found reasonable. He picked my laptop up in the morning and returned it to me that evening. I am pleased that a full charge lasts more than 2 hours; the original battery had declined substantially.
The technician spent a couple of hours working on my printer and, while he couldn’t fix it, I appreciated his hard work and dedication. He was professional and thorough, and I’m happy to pay the $99 fee for his effort. I would recommend him for his honest and persistent service.
My issue was solved and I’ve never been more happier with my pc and the performance of it .
