They were polite knowledgeable detailed terrific
I called Lowes to cancel the appointment the day before as my husband was in the hospital unexpectedly. Lowes confirmed the appointment was cancelled and to call back to reschedule. Friday I recd a call at the hospital and the person said he was at my house, I told him I had cancelled the day before, he got angry and told me he had driven an 1 1/2 to get there I apologized but I had called 24 hrs before.
Excellent work and were on time. Completed task effectively and timely. I plan to use them in the future for any tasks I’m unable to do!
He did a great job
Vlad and company were very professional and got this difficult job done in good time and with great quality. I will definitely be giving him more business with other house projects. very satisfied customer.
Very responsive. Showed up on time, got the work done. Highly recommend!
I needed a door installed and my previous contractor fell through. After frantic searching, I found Vlad, who was able to come through for me in a matter of days for a VERY reasonable price - probably less than I would have paid for the original contractor. I appreciated the team's speed and tenacity to get things done on time even in the face of setbacks. Would definitely call in them again for any projects that need the elbow grease that they are willing to put in. Thank you!
extremely please with this contracting company. They were super responsive, good price, delivered what they promised and what was most impressive is that you could see that every detail meant everything to them. customer satisfaction is number one and you can see that they put their heart and soul into the work that they deliver. I have already asked them to do another job and plan to give them many more. After working with 4 other contractors while trying to remodel my home and having to fire them all. I highly recommend these guys. You will not be disappointed. such a pleasure to work with such a professional and dedicated team. breath of fresh air. I now feel that there is hope to get my home completed atva time when I just wanted to give up. Thank you Vlad Fix Pro. Your are awesome!!
He did do the job that he agreed to and he did it well. Unfortunately we did not receive an estimate for the work. Volodymyr Martynyuk wanted payment the same day, but we were not aware of his same day payment policy. We were out of the country and needed to get back home to make the payment which took us 48 hours from the jobs completion. We explained to him what our circumstances were, but he accused us of trying not to pay and then verbally threatened to come to our home and undo the work if he didn’t get paid immediately. My husband tried to talk him off the ledge but he was furious. We assured him we would pay him when we got home which we did. And now he’s fine. But we aren’t fine.
Vlad did a great job of mounting my TV on the wall. He showed up, did the job well, and cleaned up. All in all, I highly recommend him.
They built a half wall and the flooring, amongst a range of other things (stacking the washer/dryer, moving the ceiling light, and putting stair treads in), for my laundry/mudroom area. They've turned an eyesore into, potentially (if I don't screw up the rest of this project myself), one of the highlights of our house. They also completed the three day project in one day. Their work ethic is unsurpassed.
VladFix Pro reached out to me regarding my inquiry for TV mounting. We agreed on a date, time and price. I reached out to him about 5-10min after the scheduled to time to ensure he was still coming, I received no response. I tried calling and again, no response. After waiting an hour after the scheduled time, I still didn’t receive a response and he never showed up.
We are so happy with the work done in our basement! We had a pipe burst and carpet ruined and needed someone to redo our floors and stairs. They were wonderful to work with! They are polite, courteous, on time and always keeping us updated whether it be what materials to order, suggestions on what works best for our home, and they are meticulous with their work. They work hard-long days and nights and always want to make sure everything is perfect for us. We can’t thank them enough for the incredible job they did! Our basement is beautiful!
Arrived on time and were very professional. Did an amazing job and I am very satisfied with the quality of work. Would recommend. A+ Service!
