Valdimir was quick with responses and arrived on agreed time. Provided a very reasonable quote. He did a fantastic job patching up my bathroom room ceiling for the space left after we got the exhaust fan changed. Would certainly hire him again for future jobs.

Reviews
Just from looking at photos, Vladimir quoted $800 to repair and or replace some damaged trim on my house and shed. He also claims to charge an hourly rate of $45. So my assumption was that this work would take him two days to complete. He arrived at my house at 12:30 pm and finished at 6:30 pm, yet insisted on the $800 he had quoted. Some of his work was satisfactory, but when he replaced a 5” x 3/4” long board piece of trim in the corner of my house, he damaged numerous shingles and the adjacent piece of trim. His remedy was to use lots of putty, which one week later is still soft and malleable. When trying to paint the white trim and got white paint on numerous grey stains house shingles. This one area is a mess and though he offered to fix it for free, he said that he would bring more putty. I will have to hire someone else to replace this board. On top of that, he did no cleanup. Broken boards, large pieces of chipped paint remained in my garden and saw dust all over my front steps. The two biggest problems were: Vlad uses tranlator app on his phone to communicate because he speaks no English and he resides in Connecticut, while this job was in Northern RI.
Thank you!
Vladimir responded quickly to my request to replace insulation in a crawlspace in my basement, which is an annoying job. But he was able to do it within a day of my request! He did great quality work in a quick time, and I am very grateful. Will definitely reach out to Vladimir again when I have other work to do!
