Came out and inspected, was all positive and talking about able to do the project and is excited to get it done in time. Then never heard back, I followed up a couple times, I can see they have read my messages but they can't even be bothered responding. Waste of time and now the project isn't finished on time.

Reviews
Raphael was quick to respond and very professional. He fixed my pond leak and bamboo puncturing the liner. He is super knowledgeable and I will definitely be contacting this service in the future!
We had a wonderful experience with Rafael. He was extremely responsive. We scheduled a time for his to visit to evaluate our needs. He provided us a very reasonable quote to do the work. He and his team were extremely hard working and professional. After the job, Rafael followed up to ensure everything was working as expected. The experience exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to hire him again.
I wanted to click all 5 categories regarding this business! They were responsive, punctual and went above and beyond my expectations!! They did not try and “up sale” me on anything. What a refreshing experience❣️
Quick response, on time, great work and a nice guy. Highly recommend!
100% Recommended. Did great work, provided feedback and checked everything.
Rafael came on time and did find the issue with my fountain and fixed it to my satisfaction. This is an old fountain , but I don’t want to buy a new one as this particular shape is no longer available. So I was happy that Rafael restored it to its prior condition. I thank him . His charges are also competitive.
Rafael was communicating with me regularly from the start and throughout bidding, scheduling and commencing and finally my pond project. The team he brought were awesome and the end result spectacular. I would recommend his company to anyone who needs his services.
My fountain fell over and needed to be put back together and leveled. Rafael answered my request quickly and was able to come on Saturday. He and another gentleman fixed it and all is great. They were very professional and polite. I would definitely call him again if necessary. Definitely recommend him.
It was a pleasure working with Rafael. He arrived when he said he would, got quickly to work, and diagnosed the problem. We had to order a part. When it came, he responded quickly to set up a time when he could come back out and install the part. The new part resolved the problem. I strongly recommend VN Pond Service!
Amazing service
Rafael did a fantastic job re-leveling our fountain. The original installers left it uneven, but he carefully prepared the base, made sure everything was perfectly level, and secured it properly. It looks so much better now. He was professional, on time, courteous, and efficient. I really appreciated his attention to detail and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing quality landscaping or masonry work.
