Miissed the appointment and needed a fee to even give a quote even though it says without fee. BTW 288 is the troubleshooting fee not up front about that at all. Its totally okay to have a charge but just not as advertised.

This could not have gone any better. The response to my initial contact was received within minutes. The dispatch was scheduled and arrival was within an hour. Unbelievable! My issue was reviewed and recommendations were made. I also had my main fuse box evaluated to confirm it still meets today’s codes. I strongly recommend Volt Vikings for your electrical needs.
Jessy who came to the house was nice and thorough. However I very specifically reached out to replace some switches- that is it. I was very clear in my outreach. Only to be met with we don’t do à la cart items and trying to be sold a package. What should be a $150-200 fix/repair was suggested a $10,000 package on the high end to replace all outlets and switches or on the low end $1000 still. Waste of my time and the technician to come out here.
Showed up early and knocked it out. Happy overall with the work. Had to ask later in the day if I was going to get a receipt. They finally sent it along with an apology.
He charged me $268 to change a light bulb. He could not fix my problem!
Volt did a great job with initial conversation until the very end. The one thing I cared the most about was communication and responsiveness and they nailed it. I would recommend them to anyone.
