About Volta Electric
Volta Electric is a licensed California electrical contractor (CSLB C-10 #1100197) based in Westlake Village. Our owner has 24 years of hands-on electrical experience. We handle panel upgrades, whole-home rewiring, troubleshooting and repairs, lighting, and generator hookups for homes and businesses across Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. We test first, explain what we found in plain English, and give a written price before work starts. We pull permits when the job requires it.
Reviews
I was satisfied with the technician who came for the repair, as he was professional and polite. However, the issue described during the initial evaluation was different from what was mentioned during the actual inspection, yet the pricing was still based on the original evaluation. I was also told I would receive an itemized estimate, but only received a total price without any breakdown. The pool equipment in the yard was also supposed to be troubleshooted, but it was only briefly checked and the problem was not fully identified. I hope future customers can receive clearer evaluations and transparent pricing.
I had the best experience working with Roy from Volta Electric. First of all, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. Next he was able to determine that I needed a new motor for my ceiling fan within five minutes, whereas another electrician worked on it for five hours one day and then came back for a second visit but still could not figure out what was wrong with it. I was very impressed with Roy’s level of expertise. He even helped change a couple of lightbulbs for me that were out of reach! He was so helpful, a rarity nowadays! I highly recommend Volta Electric!
We needed to change wiring with the transformer in the junction box to convert from a series circuit in order to supply consistent power to a new LED smart fixture. They said it was a simple job. About one hour of work and $800
Volta Electric Was very Professional and punctual. We would hire them again.
Awesome business! Had a major electrical problem and needed a fast response and they gave it to me. Really relieved a lot of stress for me Thank you Volta!
The job assignment was well taken and issues are well understood and resolved peacefully
Received a free estimate on our home. Home inspectors recommended electrician to come out and take a look at our breakers and shorted outlet. Received quote quickly. Didn't end up requiring immediate repair so I didn't hire them. Will definitely work with them when I decide to replace my breaker panel.
I worked with the Volta for a home lighting project in my family room. They were easy to work with and and very helpful even returning the next day to replace lights so they would match others already installed. I would recommend Volta.
Helped us greatly with an inspection, Junior was very helpful, would use Volta again
