THIS COMPANY DOES NOT SEEM TO BE LICENSED BY THE STATE. This company seems to be owned by a GUILLERMO A. FERRUFINO, according to corporation records, but the CSLB license number they have provided goes to a sole proprietorship with a different unrelated owner in the Los Angeles area. That licensee reports NO employees or branch locations. If this company were acting responsibly and ethically, they would have the proper license and insurance instead of trying to give someone else's. This is why they say "Use only properly licensed contractors" https://www.cslb.ca.gov/Consumer.aspx If this company and it's staff want to disagree, instead of talking, put up your REAL license to show the public.

They advertised $100 for service call. They came, spent 4 hours, brought a trainee for training, they took their time. They sent me quote which I didn't accept. They send me invoice for $330 which I paid. They then sent another invoice for $699 for god knows what. Technician was nice but I don't like be heckled. Stay away!
Urgent need, tech came quickly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. Professional and quick. Not sure of the value as nothing to compare it to but I thought it was fair based on the urgent need and their ability to arrive within an hour or so of my outreach
