The owner responded quickly, provided the most reasonable quote out of several estimates I received, and was upfront about all the costs with no surprises. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. The only reason I didn't move forward with the work was because I decided to give the buyer a credit to replace the panel instead of doing it before closing. Otherwise, Voltmasters Electrical Solutions would have been my first choice.

I was experiencing daily power outages, sometimes multiple times a day, so I contacted Voltmasters. Gil responded incredibly quickly. Henry came to my home to conduct an evaluation and discovered that I needed a new electrical panel, as the one in my home was the original from 1979. He installed the new panel, disposed of the old one, and left the area clean. Everything was completed in about 4-5 hours. Henry is very professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service provided by the Voltmasters team and would recommend them 100%.

Bottom line upfront, technician was excellent. Job was well done. Superb installation of a new panel. Customer service communications and explanation of work being done needs improvement - it is rough around the edges. After consulting with the owner, I think they recognized that. I was going to give 3 stars but after speaking with the owner, I feel he took ownership of the issue. That is a good business that listens to their clients and makes corrections in real time. Not something you see often in South Florida. Overall, I am pleased with the timely response and work done. Just make sure you understand any agreement or scope-of-work before starting.
