Vortex Roofing did an excellent job of repairing my back porch roof, they replaced rotted wood where needed, replaced the underlying moisture barrier and installed new shingles rated at 130 mph winds. I am very satisfied with their workmanship.

Reviews
Matthew responded promptly, was very informative took his time in explaining the process. We scheduled an on site estimate in which had a chance to see some samples and received an estimate in writing within the next 3-4 hours after his visit. Great customer service for certain!
Schedule the appointment over the weekend and someone called me immediately and confirmed appointment was scheduled for early morning Monday. Got a text message early morning Monday to confirm later got a text that they would not be able to make it. They had an emergency at another job and was asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said yes, and I never heard from them again.
Vortex was great! I had a leak coming from around chimney area. They came observed and inform me I needed flashing along with other repairs. The chimney was not straight either. They took out rooted wood and replace with fresh wood. They reinforced the chimney and did all the flashings and the metal around chimney which is to code now. I have no complaints just that it was an unexpected expense. Antonio & Jorge were both great guys. If you need any repairs , these are your guys. GOOD LUCK, Thank you vortex for great job. I will def be calling you again with any other roof issues. Hopefully not anytime soon lol.

Moreover, they handle any concerns with utmost professionalism and swiftness. I wholeheartedly recommend them to our neighbors!
I appreciate the fast response even though was not able to use.
Really good work , couple problems with some workers, but they finish on time. I will recommend it
Responsive, on-time, good work.
Jorge was very helpful, hard workers, constant updates on the job. Checked in regularly to see the progress on the home. Helped with the sky lights, I needed on my home. By contacting with me the company and having them shipped. Again very hard workers started early left at dark, put a full day into the job. Workers very courteous helpful with any and all questions I had.
Fantastic Very conscientious. Thank you for a great job!
