Reviews
Our experience was great initially but we ended up having some issues with quality after the project was completed. We had issues with our brand new (expensive) deck boards warping and we were told it was because the joists were too far apart. This should have been brought to our attention before starting the project, as we obviously don’t want warped decking. We were told it would be $5K to remedy - we went with a different pro to fix the issue.
Valter helped replace our load bearing deck posts. He was helpful laying out our options for the replacement and giving his recommendation. His price is fair compared to other quotes we received. Him and his worker were very professional and hard working. He provided insight on other things around our home, not in a way to get additional work but for our own understanding. We appreciate Valter and his team and would recommend him.
VVP refloored our deck and we couldn't be happier. Valter and his crew were great to work with. They showed up when they said they would, worked the entire day, and checked in to make sure we were happy with the results. The deck looks great and I would highly recommend them and will keep them in mind for future projects.
VVP Construction did a great job repairing and improving our back deck. He was incredibly responsive, fast, and professional. He was flexible with our needs and schedule. We are very pleased with the deck and look forward to working with Valter again!
Valter and his team were professional, responsive and incredibly talented. I will hire them again for my next project!
Valter was great to work with on a porch repair in Somerville. He was responsive and got the job done very quickly. Would recommend and would use again.
I wanted to expand my grill shack and Valter was the only contractor I met with that came up with creative solutions. He and his partner worked nonstop for two days to get it done. His work is very meticulous and precise and his pricing is reasonable. Valter was a pleasure to work with and I am already planning other projects for him. Great experience and looking forward to next project.
Wow, what a great experience!! With so many vendors out there that don’t call you back or follow through, Valter and his team are phenomenal!! They showed up when scheduled to reattach my railing and privacy screen on my patio that was blown off this winter during the blizzard. They added additional fastenings to secure it. They made sure it was cleaned up, removing dirt that was attached to it from its time on the ground. They even went out of their way to fix lattice at the front of my property that had popped out of its frame without me asking. Their pricing was incredibly good compared to other quotes I received for the job. I was so impressed with them that I’ve already asked them for a quote on another job at my house! Thank you Valter and VVP Construction!! It was a pleasure working with you and I look forward to working together again!!
