I was home but I didn't hear him knocking,phone was on vibrate because I work nights as a nurse and it's always on vibrate not to but didnt ring the door bellso he left. when I called him,the curt response I knocked and called but got no answer.you can call to reschedule another appointment or call someone else. That attitude,I did exactly that..
I requested a quote from Wade Electrical Group regarding a ceiling light flickering when turned on. They contacted me quickly and set up a time to come out. They were very communicative leading up to the appointment. Zac showed up, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. My wife was very appreciative of his professionalism and kindness.
