Wendy came in examined thoroughly of the crawl space inside and outside of our house, showed us the situation with photos, explained with her extensive experience in this industry, then provided with a reasonable estimate. Project manager Brian and work crew spent the whole day cleaning up our crawl space, strictly followed safety protocol, making sure no dust could affect living area. Brian and Wendy worked together with their best effort to resolve issues found for us customer's best interest. Highly recommend working with Wendy and Brian!

$1,661.63 to spray foam 3" on the ceiling and install unfaced insulation batts in the wall for 120 sq ft space, comes out to $13.84 a sq ft. It feels expensive for what I got done. I would do it again, though. Quick scheduling & they cleaned up after the job.

Wendy and her team did a good job insulated my attic. They worked efficiently and made sure keep the way clean. If I had any concerns, they can address them quickly. I recommend them.
I’m sorry to say that this is the most unprofessional, sloppy company that I have ever dealt with. From the shoddy work, or charging me top dollar for a type of insulation and installing a lesser, thinking I would not notice or to promising me a portion my money back and never actually following through. I was charged almost 4K to have them insulate my small shop that’s 400 sq ft. Here are just a few of the things I caught.. Incorrect rigid board on the ceiling, it actually said it absorbs water on it, gaps not sealed along the rigid board, they never taped the gaps. When installing Rockwool, they stuffed it instead of making cutouts so I have bulges everywhere that will need to be fixed before I have drywall installed, they blocked off my 2” air gap on ceiling which will eventually lead to mold and rot. They attempted to seal my windows with the wrong foam and didn’t even seal the gap. This is just a few of the issues I have had. Wendy had repeatedly promised me a portion of my money back but never followed through. Do not use this company, I’m currently in the processes of suing Wendy and Wa Evergreen Insulation. After some digging, I found out their licenses was suspended in 2018, they relicensed under a new name and it is currently suspended AGAIN and has been since 3/18/2022. Folks you have been warned, if you have had work done by this company I would have it inspected. They broke countless WA regulations.
Finished product was to a quality standard. The team who installed the product did an excellent job. I recommend any home owner double check all areas of applied insulation have the agreed amount before paying. I did have to ask them back to apply more insulation in the back half of the house. They were responsive and the final product was perfect.
Very superior in every way. Excellent work, great communications, the young men that came out and did the work, great communication and did it very professionally. I am very grateful and satisfied with the work that was done. I don’t think it could be done any better. They did they did excellent work. I would recommend them over anybody else I’ve had to work on my house.
