Waggy Walks was a good 1st time experience for me using a pet sitter while I was away for over a week. The sitter was nice and polite, she came to my home, asked questions, and met my cat. I was updated on every visit with pictures of him and video in addition to a brief report I could access via email. My cat is picky and was not interested in socializing, but they did refill food and water. I will definitely use them again.

Every sitter was great and my animals were well taken care of.
We made an appointment for them to come let our four month old puppies out at noon and 3 PM, as we were going to a soccer game for our daughter two hours away. At approximately 12:30 I realize no one had come, I called them and reached out via text. They told me the person who was supposed to take care of our dogs forgot and now is unavailable. We had to scramble and ask friends to make the drive to our house and let our dogs out. They have since apologized and offered credit for future work. However, we will never work with them again. Given the risks they caused our four month old puppies.
If I could give a zero I would I am out of town n I gave waggy a chance to walk my dogs. I look this morning and they canceled my appointments. Very unprofessional would never recommend. Disgusting
Our Pit Bull has a mean bark, but never has been aggressive. When the walker showed up and opened the door, he did become a bit anxious and aggressive. She talked to him, calmed him down, and they became buddies. Her dedication and ability to sooth him was excellent.
They came to my home and kept everything in order. Levi loved the visit and was well taken care of. I’ll be using Double W in the future.
I am so happy to have found this service! It is such a treat to go away and not worry about your animals. I had Jay take care of my dog for me and he did an outstanding job! I came home to a very happy pup! 😊
Uses app to track everything that works well and gives peace of mind, inexpensive service considering everything. Cat made a big vomit mess that smelled but didn't seem to be caught by the caregiver, which was disappointing, but we signed up for the most basic service so I wasn't surprised. Still though would've liked more attention.
I haven't used Waggy Walkys yet but, I'm very impressed with her speedy response & love her list of services with prices. 😁 Love it!!!
Sarah was fabulous with my little buddy! The emails, report cards, & photos really made the miles disappear!
