Unfortunately, I am really bummed I went with Wagner of all the bids I got. While he was friendly and showed up on time, the job was not done well. Not only was my brand new $2000 pergola damaged (scratches on almost every piece of metal that he must have dragged on the concrete) but he also cussed and threw things on the job, damaged one of my walkway pavers and lied about it when I brought it up. He said “oh I didnt notice”. That’s not a big deal because the paver is replaceable but I’m more upset he wasn’t honest. There were some missing pieces that weren’t where they should be and I can’t fix unless I disassemble the whole thing. In addition the site was left trashed when he left, nails and boxes everywhere. Super bummed and hope craftsmanship and honestly improves.

Jake did an excellent job! He assembled several items for me, including two cabinets, a trellis and a tool kit. Everything was put together beautifully and securely, and I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He was professional, efficient and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. No showed after making appt to assemble pieces of furniture same day. They did not show up. No response to messages or call. Don’t use this company.

I think he tried to get over on me ? As you can see I ask for a full motion mount, he tells me it’ll be $140 I ask if he can do $120 he agrees, we set an appointment. He comes to the appointment with a tilt wall mount… *I’m confused* I tell him it’s supposed to be full motion and he tells me “well that’s going to be $200” again I’m confused because of the previous conversation. He tells me the wall mount it’s self is $80 and he didn’t include the labor and things… which I’m confused by…. Due to previous conversation 😭 in the messages he tells me that was a quote for a mount it’s self… $140. For the mount. I looked up full motion mounts for a 70inch tv and none were that much. I didn’t get the service done, but if you book him, just make sure EVERYTHING is clear.
Jake was incredible we had him replace sinks put up new lights mirrors replace sinks and faucets, he did it all!!! We will definitely be having Jake back to do more. 10/10 recommend!
