My experience with wall2wall was great! I don’t have before pictures but here’s the after, just know the carpet was rippled and needed stretching . They were very fast and efficient and met all my expectations! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpeting service or more!

First, Eddie agreed to stretch 2 small bedrooms and master bedroom/closet for an amount we agreed on. He saw no need to stretch 2nd bedroom. So, 2 bedrooms and a closet were stretched. Only one bedroom wall needed attention in small bedroom, and two walls in master bedroom were stretched. Closet was stretched, couldn’t see them work with closet door closed. After they left, I vacuumed carpet remnants and noticed one drapery panel was puddling on carpet. Looked up and saw drapery rod pulled out from wall. I texted Eddie, who apologized and was unaware of incident. He mentioned repairing the rod anchor. So far, still waiting. Second issue, states he “misunderstood” the # of rooms I’d requested and claimed that he agreed on 2 bedrooms & closet. I overpaid. He re-read the text after he left and admitted he was wrong. He did not agree to a partial refund. I pd with cash. Overall, disappointed.
Eddie came the next day after my inquiry. He had carpet samples on hand and quoted a great price. Fast, clean and professional. I am going to use him again and would HIGHLY recommend!
This business is not a good one first there’s no communication at all no call no txt just said a time didn’t ask about the materials so he thought I had the carpet if this is a Mexican or Latina business yal need to learn business

I cannot say enough good things about wall-to-wall carpet repair. Not only did he respond quickly. He was on time and the job was done very quickly and honestly I can’t even tell that I needed a repair. It looks beautiful as if nothing ever happened.

What a stellar service! I had a small spot on my carpet where my dog was trying to get a ball and he pulled up an edge. Wall2Wall fixed it the same day, looks brand new and they were able to stretch it so it didn’t cost a fortune! A++++ bravo!
