Reviews
Came out same day, did an amazing job installing the garage door opener. Extremely happy with his work. Will hire again in the future
Elijah came out during the high heat and humidity of July 3rd to replace a manual garage door with a new door and automatic opener. He was efficient and professional. He didn’t complain about the heat in my very hot detached garage. Once he was done he showed me how to operate the door and pointed out features such as the camera. I’m very pleased with the service I received.
The company responded to my request for an estimate quickly, but then didn’t show up at the scheduled time and nobody reached out to me to explain why or try to reschedule. They gave me a four hour window so I waited at home for four hours for nothing.
Very responsive and our technician was friendly, professional, and I was very happy with the repair and service! Will be a repeat customer for sure!
Done professionally in a timely manner. The technicians are friendly and efficient. Trusted company.
Andy came and diagnosed the issue he replaced the rollers and lubricated everything.
Aaron’s professionalism was evident from the start. He called to confirm his arrival time and introduced himself when he arrived. After discussing my concerns, he performed a thorough inspection of my garage door and provided a detailed estimate with different options. The entire process was conducted without any pressure, and the work was completed as agreed. Aaron’s attention to detail and commitment to leaving the site in its original condition were impressive. I’m grateful for his expertise and honesty, and I appreciate the service provided by Wallen Garage Doors. Side note, I’m really happy I didn’t lay eyes on those spiders and eggs, or I would’ve been totally freaked out. Thanks again Aaron aka Spider-Man lol!!
Very pleased. On time and called to ask if ok arriving a few minutes early. Gave options for the job and knocked it out same day.
Derrick is the man. He was quick and efficient with diagnosing and fixing my garage door issue.
Amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable and patient answering question. I had a mix up ordering the wrong belt drive and he was very patient/helpful to let me swap them out quickly to continue. Would recommend to anyone and I’ll be a continued customer for my garage doors needs.
The technician was patient, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to clearly explain all the details and laid out every possible option for me. Once I decided to replace my garage motor, he kindly stayed late to complete the job—finishing everything within two hours. The price was very reasonable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any future garage door repairs or replacements.
