I wanted to update my earlier rating—that review was left out of frustration when I was feeling a bit impatient and under pressure, but seeing how professionally Joseph has handled everything and their recommended approach to these repairs is phenomenal. Mr. Walter clearly has a wealth of experience, and he was wonderful at walking me through all the plumbing issues in the house. I'm genuinely excited to have their team working on my home this week!

He got the job done fast, gave us a fair price for installing 2 bidets on the same day, and was nice and professional. I would hire them again.
these guys were great. I absolutely recommend them. They had to do more than they originally thought and quoted. However they fixed our problem doing so much more than they thought, did not change the quote. I paid them more but not as much as they deserved but it was what I had. Call them for your plumbing needs!!
He was very professional and did a great job. It took a little longer and cost more than expected because the fitting for the water filter didn’t match my sink so they had to get some parts. But everything was explained and it all worked out. I was happy with the results.
Joseph was great and super quick. I’d recommend them.
Walter and Son responded promptly and came right out to diagnose our problem and give us a fair estimate after clearly communicating the problem. They also noticed a couple of other small but important issues which they fixed right away. They were able to return the very next day to do the work. They arrived just when they said they would, and completed the job promptly and well. We now have a trusted plumber! Thank you!!!
3 Toilets in less than 3 hours. The price was the price, no trips to the store, no extra unforeseen parts tagged on. Very pleased.
The price was so reasonable I gave an extra $250, great quality of work, will hire again!!!!!
Jo and his team replaced my water heater. They were responsive, had great communication and were flexible in getting the job scheduled. As I live out of state, I appreciate their professionalism and accommodations to provide me great, quick service.
The two gentlemen thacame to our home were wonderful. They installed a new toilet in our upstairs bathroom. They did a great job. Hauled away the way the old one. They even fixed the faucet in my kitchen while they were here. No extra charge. I've already got them coming back to do another job in the basement.
Great experience with Walter & Sons. They installed a new hot water heater in my garage and did a fantastic job. They were professional, on time, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services.
Very responsive, they took care of the problem very quickly. When we needed parts they waited for me to pickup the parts. They worked much later than expected. They cleaned up and took care of everything. Super nice folks to deal with. You couldn’t ask for a better team to deal with.
