They were fast and responsible. They are very professional. They know what they are doing. They have a lot of experience. They are very nice.
Tori is unprofessional after the money leaves your hands and goes to his. If he would do a more thorough job with making sure the customer has all of their things from on or inside of his truck it would not happen this way. He leaves kids to do a job, then goes and takes another job. Overlapping jobs and making mistakes. He did a moving service for me on Tuesday that was paid in full with a large tip, and I called him on Wednesday morning to let him know that I did not have one of my items. He called me back to let me know he found it and would drop it off. That was the end of that. He never dropped it off or figured out a way for me to get it. I called him this morning to see again about getting the item, I left a VM. He did not answer and then texted me back to be patient. I was patient with him yesterday and today is a different day. I offered to come get it or have my father come get it. He did not want that. I asked him repeatedly what time he would bring the item, he refused to give a time because they are doing things, which is not my problem. He then proceeded to want to argue back and forth via text message, as if I wasn’t respectful to him the whole time about getting it. It’s sad that you have to do this and especially with a black owned business but you do. I wouldn’t work with him just off the unprofessionalism after the fact it’s disgusting. After 24 hours of someone being nice and then being nice to you again you just showed your true colors. Sad. Hire at your own risk.
Extremely happy I chose them!!! Came by within 30 min of contacting them to see how much stuff I had/what kind of materials they needed. Scheduled packing and moving days that were in less than a week! Super hardworking, really go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with everything!! And I got an awesome deal!!!!! Will definitely keep using them!

They refused to do the furniture assembly job agreed to after being paid a $100 deposit. After collecting a $100 deposit and agreeing on a price. He then said they wanted more money for the furniture assembly. The owner Toriono Ware or Tonioro Ware said he would give a full refund. Which he never sent. The guy Mr Ware sent to assemble my furniture spilt coffee all over the white wall of this brand new property, then hid it behind the furniture he refused to assemble. And left the coffee cup as trash, as well. I discovered this when hired another company to assemble the furniture the next day. A very unprofessional, unpleasant and disappointing experience.
Made my move smooth & easy, quick and fast. Properly secured all of my furniture and fragile items. Communication was great. Got straight to work upon arrival. We’re respectful. Will most definitely be using them again in the future.
I had a great experience with Tori and his moving business Wareumoving! His guys were on time, courteous, and very polite. They were very hard workers and got our fridges moved safely even when there was bad weather upon us. Thank you! Will definitely call again to move furniture & appliances!
They helped me move furniture from two different locations to my new apartment and even helped set up some of the furniture once we got there. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and did a great job throughout the entire move. Thank you guys so much for all your help

I relocated to the Houston area from Florida and needed to find movers to unload my pod. Tori was almost immediately responsive to my request for a quote and through a brief call had an instant quote for me that was the best price of any I had received. His staff was very professional accommodating throughout the move ensuring all my items were placed where I wanted them. I will definitely be using Ware You Moving again!
