I am extremely disappointed with the service we received. We had a 5’ × 10’ storage unit, and all items were already packed and ready to be moved. Based on the amount of belongings, this should have been a job that took no more than two hours, which is exactly why we hired them for a two-hour booking. Unfortunately, the movers took over three hours. I didn’t want to micromanage them and expected them to simply do their job efficiently and professionally. Instead, the entire process felt unnecessarily dragged out. They spent excessive time wrapping items and moving things around, seemingly wasting time rather than working efficiently. What was particularly frustrating was that one worker appeared to be doing most of the actual moving, while the other spent a considerable amount of time walking around, checking his phone, and giving the impression of being busy without contributing much. Ultimately, we were charged for three hours for a job that should have taken less than two. This is not just about the extra hour we paid for; it’s about the lack of efficiency, professionalism, and respect for the customer’s time and money. A business can only build a lasting reputation through honest service and treating customers fairly. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. I will never use this company again, and I certainly would not recommend their services to anyone. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

Robert and his team were great. They were a nice group who were thiyroughbin packing, wrapping and loading furniture, my boxes and throwing away waste outside the building. A bit on the pricy side - but, definitely quality work. Had a couple of piece that had a minor crack during my move and Robert was kind enough to help me with adjusting the cost there. Really nice and kind guy!
Did not keep me updated. I waited all day for them to come then at the time they were supposed to come they called me and cancelled. Highly do not recommend.
I appreciate that he helped move a large portion of my belongings, but unfortunately my overall experience was very disappointing. He arrived late, and the pricing was not clearly explained before the move. Instead of going over everything ahead of time, I felt like I was pressured into signing the contract after he had already arrived and while I was in the middle of trying to move. It felt like I didn't really have a choice because my belongings were already there and I urgently needed to get everything moved. That made me feel extremely uncomfortable. During the move, my washing machine was dropped, which was very upsetting. He also took several breaks, making the move take longer than I expected. What affected me the most was how I was treated. I'm currently postpartum and was already under an incredible amount of stress. Instead of feeling supported, I felt that my concerns weren't taken seriously, and I felt rushed, pressured, and uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. I can't fully put into words how the experience made me feel. I was overwhelmed at a very vulnerable time in my life. I hope future customers receive clear pricing upfront, contracts before the work begins, more professionalism, and more compassion than I experienced.
They were fast. Took 2hrs to load and 2.5 to unload. 2 people. 1bed/1bath 1,200sqft apartment. Robert charges by cubic square feet used in truck so best to have him look at your furniture in person or measure everything and let him know exact size of furniture, because on the day of the move the estimate went from 2,400 to 3,400. I said 30 boxes at first and it turned out to be 40 boxed, I counted. I told him I have large furniture and sent pictures days before move. On day of move he said some pieces looked “larger” than in photos. So the 10 extra medium boxes and “larger” furniture increased rate to $1000 more. I paid total $3,568. It’s Best you have him come assess AND stick to the number of boxes mentioned OR measure everything so you aren’t told pictures of furniture look “smaller” and larger in-person. The move was from LA to Bay Area. It was a 5.5hr drive. I would definitely recommend shopping around because that was a cross I country price I was charged. My coworker moved from Kentucky to Walnut Creek and was charged 4k, so just shop around or heed my advice on measurements so not to be surprised on day of.
Robert helped us move from Los Angeles to Santa Clara. He put all our stuff in the trailer very efficiently. Very reasonable pricing for the service as well.
Disclaimer: YMMV. TLDR: Good - furniture handlings are good Bad - up-charge, 2 workers only (including him). Punctuality issue Moving companies seem to all like lure you in with a low estimate but unrealistic space estimates, Robert (the owner) is no exception this time. He was nice and fast communication before I settle with him. But unfortunately things got down hill from there. First thing, he promised 3 movers for loading, but not only he showed up 3 hours late (we are the only customer that day), he only brought 1 extra guy. And it took them 6 hours to load a 2 bdr apartment with us packing most things. (it’s 3rd floor no elevator so I won’t complaint too much). And the upcharges began.. we have more boxes then we thought (50 vs 30 in the estimates). And he estimated 520 cubic feet before. And now with 48 boxes, it filled the full truck. So another $1700 added according to his way of calculation. Yeah.. just a few hours of extra work and just a little bit more of gas and he wants to charge this much. You can get workers do the whole packing and loading and unloading entire home for less than that. He arrived on the third day as agreed upon, so that’s a plus. But he still only brought one worker to do the unloading. Really? Just to cheap out so to make more money? While I communicate to him the drop off is a house with 2 stories, and a stair charge was added to the estimate. He insists he didn’t know this was the case at drop off, and demand extra and showing attitude. (This happened during payment before left from my previous home). We of course insisted him not up charge on this, and he half agreed. During drop off, Robert and the guy he hired only brought up the furnitures to second floor, but then claiming the boxes and bags are “too heavy”, where in fact most of them just clothes. We settle half way and we are definitely not gonna tip them this time.
