Job done quickly. I would like the communication be more transparent and clear. At a times it looked like there is something that is hidden from you... as usual they like to work with insurance and inflate their numbers... but overall since insurance paid in full, it was a good choice and work has been done, which is crucial when you deal with water damage. I would recommend working with them, as long as you know that you have insurance coverage for this kind of damage.

Responded within an hour of my search on Thumbtack. The lead tech on the job seemed very knowledgeable and it was very reassuring to get someone out there right away. I contacted them around 4pm, by 5:30 they had a guy at my house, and they started work that evening. Pictures to document the process the whole time.
Had Bionic come out today for a possible water leak upstairs to my kitchen. Service tech Eric found no water leak, etc.. and left. Had great technology to see if water was present. Great Company, if I need in the future.
