Reviews
Bryan educated us about the issue, ran his tests and found out that it was more of a air venting issue and it’s common this time of the year. He didn’t charge us anything. He seems to be a genuine guy giving you a genuine diagnosis.
We had a faucet emergency on Father’s Day and this company was very responsive and accommodating for a reasonable price. Someone was able to come quickly and even saved us money by suggesting we return the new faucet we bought and the old one was fixed. Definitely would recommend.
We were in a pinch with clogged double sinks. Water Damage Specialists responded within minutes. Devin was there the very next morning and did a phenomenal job assessing and fixing the problem. Communication all around was professional and positive. We felt at ease the whole time and didn’t feel like we were being “jerked around”. They were up front about costs, which were honest and reasonable. Thank you to Devin and the customer service team!
